BMW M3 and Cadillac CTS-V Coupé face to face

Much has been said about the performance or even the eye-catching aerodynamics that Cadillac has given to its magnificent CTS-V Coupé, but now the moment of truth has arrived: to compare it face to face with certain direct rivals that it supposedly outperformed without much effort.
Proof of this is the video I have left in the extended post, where you can see how this fantastic Cadillac coupé behaves. The brand sells it as one of the fastest, most powerful and most efficient sports coupés ever built in the United States, of course asking permission from the Corvette.
And it’s no wonder, because if you don’t remember, Cadillac has equipped its emblematic model with a V8 engine capable of delivering a whopping 556 horsepower, theoretically enough to compete with certain European rivals until now out of reach of any American coupé.
Well then, in the video it will have a worthy rival, as much as a BMW M3 Coupé with 420 horsepower extracted from a 4.2-litre V8. As you can see, a little over 100 horsepower of difference, but will it really make much of a difference when it counts?
