BMW X1 M Sport Package, with a more sporty design

Just a couple of days ago, BMW announced the arrival of the second generation of the X1, its smallest and most compact crossover.
For this new generation, BMW has opted for a change of strategy, resulting in a more versatile and urban vehicle.
Nevertheless, despite the introduction of smaller engines -three-cylinder units will even arrive soon- and front-wheel drive, at BMW they have not forgotten the dynamic touch inherent to any BMW, whatever its nature.

That is why the X1 will also receive a comprehensive M Sport Package that will substantially improve both its aesthetic appearance and its dynamic performance. Externally, the change is evident compared to the “normal” versions. Both bumpers receive a new and aggressive design, which is especially evident at the front, where the large air intakes give it a much more imposing look.
The side view is enhanced by a suspension lowered by 10 mm compared to the standard one, along with alloy wheels signed by //M, in 18 and 19 inches. Sill trims and wheel arches painted in body colour are also added. At the rear, in addition to the bumper, a large moulding acting as a diffuser is incorporated, as well as exhaust outlets with chrome finish which, depending on the engine, will be dual.

Inside, the changes are also evident. The sport seats are upholstered in a mix of leather and Alcantara. Of course, both the steering wheel and the gear lever are also trimmed in leather. The steering wheel is not the conventional one, but has a design similar to that of the //M models, and if the car has an automatic gearbox, it includes paddle shifters.
The interior trims become brushed aluminium with blue detailing, and //M logos can be found on both the steering wheel and the footrest.
The M Sport Package can be combined with any engine, and will cost between 4,100 and 5,200 EUR depending on the powertrain chosen.
