Bremach takes the Russian UAZ Patriot to the US market
Russian cars don’t usually have much success in the United States, but this SUV, modified and marketed by an Italian company, is making its way to the country.

Russian cars have little presence in the US market, but that is changing too. The UAZ Patriot is a SUV of Russian origin, but it reaches the United States through Bremach, an Italian company founded in the 1950s that specializes in truck bodies, chassis, bodywork and off-road engineering. The UAZ Patriot has now become the Bremach 4×4 SUV and was presented at the Los Angeles Auto Show.
This model is the first to arrive under this name and will come with quite a few configurations. A pick-up is expected to arrive, a commercial vehicle for passenger transport. Although it keeps its original look, Bremach assures that its specifications have been adjusted to suit the tastes and needs of American drivers.

Bremach at the Los Angeles Show
The brand presented two variants of the Bremach 4×4 SUV at the Los Angeles Show. One is a standard variant in white. The other is black and comes with off-road equipment that demonstrates its versatility.
This model is equipped with a 2.7-litre four-cylinder petrol engine that produces 150 CV of power. This is sent to all four wheels through a six-speed automatic gearbox, a two-position transfer case and an electronic 4×4 management system. The electronic technology comes from Bosch, according to Bremach.

The standard variant comes with LED daytime running lights, 18-inch alloy wheels fitted with 245/60R18 tyres, electric windows, a leather-wrapped steering wheel with heating, a 7-inch touchscreen, a six-speaker sound system and heated rear seats.
The off-road kit has several components to give the model a more adventurous touch. This optional package adds just over 3,000 dollars to the price of the basic model. In addition, the pick-up version is being homologated so that it can reach the US market as soon as possible. This arrival in the United States, given that it comes from a European company, could mean that it also reaches the European market at some point.
