Changan Deepal S05 and Deepal S07: equipment, price and offers for the two new models arriving in Spain
Changan is now a reality in Spain thanks to the new Deepal S05 and Deepal S07, with very attractive equipment and launch promotion prices

A new brand is arriving in Spain and, as could not be otherwise, it is headquartered in China: Changan, one of the largest automotive groups in the Asian giant, with 45 years of experience in the automotive sector, during which it has managed to export its products to 103 countries and regions, all from its 76 plants spread across the world and its 21 production centres. In Spain it already has 32 sales points, including the Canary and Balearic Islands, although the goal is to reach 65 dealerships by mid-year and 80 sales points by the end of 2026.
For the moment the brand is arriving in Spain, as we were already told before the end of last year, with the fully electric SUVs Deepal S05 and Deepal S07. Although the brand has already announced that its range in Spain will soon be expanded with different powertrains, including plug-in hybrid PHEV models. While this happens, let us look more specifically at what the two new Changan models in Spain have in store.
Changan Deepal S05

As we have already learned, the Deepal S05 is an SUV that stands out for its versatility, being suitable both for family trips and for daily use on intercity and urban journeys. It is in the latter environment that it will move with ease day to day thanks to its length of 4,598 mm and a more than sufficient boot capacity of 492 litres, plus 159 litres in the front.
It can be chosen in the Pro and Max versions, obviously with different equipment but with the same type of motorisation: in both cases it uses an electric motor with 200 kW of power and a torque of 290 Nm sent to the rear axle. There will be a third version, the 4WD Max, which adds a 120 kW motor on the front axle and increases torque by 212 Nm. Regardless of the motorisation chosen, top speed is limited to 180 km/h, and it uses a 68.8 kWh LFP battery, which gives a maximum range of 485 km in the Pro and Max versions, while in the 4WD Max version it drops to 445 km.
