Chevrolet Corvette, new information and details

Talking about the Chevrolet Corvette means talking about one of the quintessential American supercars, something General Motors knows very well, and which is why the new version will still take quite some time to arrive, basically because making a worthy successor to the Corvette saga takes time, a lot of time.

Even so, little by little the American brand is revealing what awaits us in the future, with details such as the name of the new generation, which from now on will be called C7, a vehicle that should be, by far, the fastest, most stylish and most innovative Corvette in history.

It is precisely along this line that the latest words from Mark Ruess, president of General Motors in North America, have been directed. He wanted to make it very clear that the new model will have absolutely nothing to do with the current Corvette C6, especially in the interior, where a quality leap without precedent is expected.

Precisely in the interior, according to Mark, they hope to offer a first-class Premium cabin, worthy of any German sports coupé worth its salt, thus solving one of the main problems of today’s Corvettes, especially when compared with similar German vehicles.

Unfortunately, for now nothing is known about the mechanical side, although the possibility of a vehicle equipped with a turbocharged V6 engine mounted in a mid-engine position is growing louder by the day.
