Chevrolet Equinox spied in its first road tests

Despite the economic problems, GM continues developing its new models, and for that reason information about them is slowly coming to light. As you may recall, first it was the Cruze, then the Beat and now the Equinox.

The facelift the new crossover will receive will be built on the platform of the Lambda, which brings interesting changes such as the new front grille and headlights that soften the SUV’s look.

At the rear, what draws the most attention is the interplay of the C and D pillars, which offers a pleasing view of the rear hatch, along with the bumper, which appears to be chrome.

For now there are no details about the car’s mechanicals, but following the trend the company has shown, we should have that data very soon. Images after the jump.
