Citroën C5 Aircross: now on sale, the SUV from 18,950 euros

The Citroën C5 Aircross is now open for orders. The SUV gets a new limited edition of 300 units in our country, based on the top-of-the-range version of the model.

The new Citroën C5 Aircross is now on sale, and arrives on the market with a special launch edition: C5 Aircross Comfort Class Edition. This special version will only be sold in our country and is limited to 300 units. It is based on the SUV’s top-of-the-range variant and includes an exclusive Platinum Grey colour, Full LED front headlights and a 180 CV BlueHDI diesel engine that is paired with an eight-speed automatic gearbox. The Citroën C5 Aircross Comfort Class Edition is available from 32,490 € (with more than 1,500 euros of discount) and stands out for its extensive standard equipment in terms of comfort and technology.

Unprecedented comfort

The Citroën C5 Aircross Comfort Class Edition comes standard with Progressive Hydraulic Cushions suspension, an element that offers a high level of comfort by absorbing road obstacles and imperfections very effectively, which creates an effect that Citroën calls “flying carpet”. The Advanced Comfort seats also come as standard on this limited edition and offer unprecedented comfort to passengers. In the rear of the cabin, the car has three individual seats of the same size.

Postural comfort has been especially pampered in the Citroën C5 Aircross, with wide seats and backrests, reinforced support, and front headrests adjustable in height and depth.

The boot of the Citroën C5 Aircross Comfort Class Edition is the largest in its category. It offers a record volume of 580 litres, which becomes 720 litres if we lower the parcel shelf, and up to 1,630 litres with the second row of seats folded down. The car also features a hands-free tailgate: the tailgate opens electrically, you just need to pass your foot under the rear bumper for it to open.

Cutting-edge technology

The new Citroën SUV incorporates up to 20 driver assistance systems, including systems that represent a first step towards autonomous driving, such as the Highway Driver Assist and Grip Control with Hill Assist Descent. It also includes an inductive smartphone charging system, as well as a 12.3-inch digital TFT instrument cluster and an 8-inch touchscreen.
