The new Tesla Roadster will be the fastest car in the world
The next generation of the Tesla Roadster promises to become the car that accelerates the fastest in the world so far. Being much cheaper than a hypercar, it will offer superior performance when it comes to acceleration.
Hypersports cars struggle every day to become the most radical, fastest and most exclusive car on the planet. It seems they have just gained a very serious competitor that does not even belong to this category. In the words of Elon Musk, the new Tesla Roadster will accelerate much faster than any other car on the face of the earth…

During an interview given to Recode, the famous CEO of the electric car company, stated that it is very important that electric car technology matches or surpasses that of its combustion siblings:
“We have the new Tesla Roadster in hand, which will become the fastest sports car in the world in every dimension. This includes acceleration and the most powerful top speed on the market.”
Tesla is not the only car manufacturer that believes electrification is the future of high-performance vehicles. The Croatian company Rimac is developing the second generation of its electric hypersports car, absolutely focused on matching or getting close to the figures of Tesla.

In addition, manufacturers such as McLaren have admitted that electric technology will soon play an important role in the world of high-performance cars.
Before revealing the new Tesla Roadster, Elon Musk has revealed that it will have a 200 kWh battery and that it will manage to go from 0 to 100 km/h in the impressive time of 1.9 seconds, something absolutely unthinkable, but which seems will become a reality.

It will be able to complete the quarter mile in 8.9 seconds and its top speed will reach the impressive figure of 402 km/h or, what is the same, 250 mph. The Tesla test driver Emile Bouret has confirmed that these figures are in fact very conservative and that the final model will be even faster.

We do not know what kind of monster Elon Musk’s company will be able to offer, but what is clear is that it may manage to embarrass the rest of the brands that offer hypersports cars…
