Cupra never stops innovating and that is why it has confirmed that the Cupra Formentor VZ5 Taiga Grey will go into production. As it has assured, “it is the ultimate expression of sportiness and is aimed at true lovers of high-performance cars, with its iconic 2.5 TSI five-cylinder engine, which delivers 390 CV (287 kW) and 480 Nm of torque”. It is built in Martorell and its production is limited to 999 numbered units worldwide.

If the Cupra Formentor VZ5 seems too little to you, the brand has gone further and created a new limited edition called Taiga Grey, which will reach the market in the coming months. Like its sibling, it features an advanced, configurable chassis, several driving modes, progressive steering, a quick-responding automatic transmission and the security of all-wheel drive.

The new Taiga Grey colour, exclusive to this edition limited to 999 units, is a mark of distinction that enhances the exterior design. The interior gains its own personality thanks to the progressive Dinamica black graphics and the perforated Nappa leather seats in brown, with Copper colour details.

Likewise, Cupra has pointed out that “the strong character conveyed by the car’s image is intensified by the new standard Matrix LED headlights which, thanks to their advanced technology, offer more powerful, effective and efficient lighting”. Production of the new Cupra Formentor VZ5 Taiga Grey begins this very week at the Martorell plant. The 999 units of the limited edition are part of the 7,000 total units to be built of the Cupra Formentor VZ5.

“Using the front camera, the Matrix LED lighting system can dynamically distribute the light beam. The combination of this matrix lighting with automatic switching allows you to drive with high beams on at all times, since they do not dazzle other road users. The system thus contributes to increased safety and comfort”. What are you waiting for to reserve it?
