Dacia improves its conditions. Up to 7 years of warranty!

Dacia, the Romanian brand that has been operating in Europe since 2004, one of the biggest sales leaders and one that has successfully adapted its range to electrification while maintaining its good value for money, now also extends into aftersales, offering up to 7 years or 150,000 kilometres of warranty completely free of charge, making Dacia the first European brand to offer this warranty without additional costs to its customers.

All of this is thanks to the launch of the DACIA ZEN, a renewable warranty extension that is automatically activated when carrying out maintenance at the Official Network Dacia and is valid for 12 months or 30,000 kilometres. The brand says it takes care of the paperwork, making things as simple as possible for the customer.

This service includes all new vehicles, including the renewed range of Dacia, as well as the models offered in the slightly more “adventurous” Extreme trim. Among these models are the Sandero a sales leader, the Duster, the Jogger, the Spring and even the Bigster.

But that’s not all. This news is not limited to vehicles manufactured from 2024 onwards: customers who bought a model from 2018 onwards can extend their warranty up to 7 years, on one condition: the vehicle must have less than 120,000 kilometres. With this, Dacia aims to reinforce its reliability and leave none of its loyal customers behind, even if they are no longer under warranty or have not had maintenance at the Official Network.

With this initiative, more than 300,000 Dacia customers, dating back to 2018, who have purchased one of its models, which will not be few, can now enjoy the peace of mind provided by the DACIA ZEN warranty, demonstrating the trust the brand places in the quality of its products, services and Official Network.
