After a 2016 of strong sales, Dacia has found the key to success and will launch a Stepway version of the Logan MCV. The French brand will unveil this new variant of its family vehicle next March at the Geneva Motor Show.

The main asset of the Logan MCV Stepway in leading family vehicle sales will be its interior space. In addition to offering 5 real seats, it will have a boot of 573 litres that will delight travelling families.

With a 573-litre boot and the equipment listed, the new Dacia Logan MCV Stepway invites you to go on an adventure. The Stepway version of the new Logan MCV will have a crossover look, like the rest of the range; compared with the other Stepway variants from the French brand, the new Logan is taller than the standard version, specifically 50 mm higher.

The new Logan MCV Stepway will feature equipment better suited to adventure, such as front and rear underbody protection, a grille that looks taken from a Duster, roof rails for carrying even more luggage, and a comfortable interior. All of this makes the Dacia estate a strong temptation for families who enjoy countryside outings.

The new Logan MCV Stepway will be presented in Geneva with two engines: a 898 cm3 petrol and a 1.4-litre diesel. Both engines produce the same 90 CV, but the diesel version obviously delivers higher torque. Following the current trend towards downsizing, the petrol engine is a small turbocharged 898 cm3 three-cylinder that offers 90 CV and 140 Nm of torque (rising to 97 CV and 150 Nm at certain moments thanks to the Overtorque function). Both engines have very low consumption and emissions, which means no registration tax is payable.

Apart from this model, Dacia will present at the Geneva Motor Show a new limited series called Trotamundos. This edition will be available on the Stepway variant and in the Duster range, and will also include new colours and personalisation elements for the Stepway family from the French brand.
