Daihatsu Copern Copen Roadster for Europe

This little convertible, which looks more like a toy than anything else, was seen in the hands of Doctor Wayne Szalinski in the film “Honey, I Shrunk the Kids“, where it was introduced to the world, and it will be available for the European market from 2010.
The car has an aluminium folding roof similar to the one used on the Audi TT Roadster and, as incredible as it may seem, this two-seater convertible is among the best-selling cars in its country of origin. Perhaps for this reason, the Japanese company intends to sell its car in Europe.
Personally, I love the design of this convertible, as it brings back memories of my childhood, and perhaps with a little patience I may be able to buy one of these, but first Daihatsu must confirm its intentions.

Gracias 12Cilindros 😉
