Dany Bahar takes Lotus to court

He had a feeling that Dany Bahar would not leave Lotus so easily without a fight. And indeed, the former CEO of the British brand has begun the corresponding legal action in a London court, to clear his good name and honour.

According to what was known about the behind-the-scenes details of Bahar’s dismissal from Lotus, it turned out to be the result of an investigation carried out by DRB-Hicom. That investigation was looking into certain diversion of company funds for Bahar’s personal use. It has been reported that some of Bahar’s houses underwent a sudden refurbishment, and that his fleet of helicopters and aircraft had grown in number.
