Dodge plans to create 50 special Viper models

Chrysler offered its VIP dealers the opportunity to create their own special edition variant of the well-known muscle car a month ago, and apparently the initiative was taken up with considerable enthusiasm, as three of the dealerships that are part of the exclusive dealer programme sent in their models.

The first is the Viper SRT10 ACR Roadster designed by Woodhouse Dodge in Blair, Nebraska, characterised by the contrast between the yellow base and the dark interior of the car and the bonnet.

The next was created by Tomball Dodge in Texas and is called Reverse SRT10 ACR; its colour combination recalls the Snakeskin Green special edition presented during the first quarter of the year. Although this model reverses the car’s tones.

Finally we have the Black SRT10 Coupe, whose exterior paint is based on a classic Viper design, but differs in that the colour of the racing stripes and their outline are pleasing to the eye. This model was developed by Roanoke Dodge in Illinois.

The company expects more dealers to get behind the programme, so we will probably be treated to interesting recreations over the coming weeks.
