Without a doubt the latest Opel Astra, like previous versions, will be a real bestseller whose popularity among young people will not go unnoticed by any tuner, so it is no surprise that many projects are being presented for this new model.

Indeed, among a whole range of more or less successful projects, today I want to introduce you to the one enhanced by the guys at EDS MotorSport, who have decided to elevate your compact to the level of the future Astra OPC

Aesthetically, this model has changed little or nothing compared to the “official” version, with visible changes limited to new alloy wheels, a rear diffuser, a grille without the logo, dark windows and not much else.

For an idea like this, nothing beats a good number of mechanical upgrades, among which the incorporation of a new turbo system, a completely new intake, a high-performance exhaust line and renewed electronics stand out.

Without a doubt, a “fortune” in new mechanical components with which EDS MotorSport has reported an increase in the performance of your standard 1.6 Turbo of no less than 180 CV, so the final output reaches 360 CV and 480 Nm of peak torque.
