Ferrari shows how the monocoque of the 458 Italia is manufactured

A few days ago, Ferrari left us amazed with the release of an exquisite video showing how the Italian brand builds and pays meticulous attention to every detail in assembling its powerful 4.5-litre V8 fitted to the 458 Italia, for example. Now it’s time to see how a worthy monocoque is made.

Specifically, we will be shown the manufacture of one of the most exclusive parts of the Italian supercar in collaboration with Alcoa, one of the companies most specialised in all kinds of aluminium structures, an authentic delicacy that, once everything is joined together, will make this one of the most attractive and high-performing supercars of the moment.

As you well know, the Ferrari 458 Italia stands out above all for its striking design and its truly breathtaking performance, such as acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.4 seconds or a top speed of 325 km/h. Are those reasons enough?
