Ford Mustang Bullit Steve McQueen edition, a 775 CV monster
The 2019 Mustang Bullit Steve McQueen is an edition in recognition of the iconic actor Steve McQueen and his famous film Bullit. A gift for fans.
The Ford Mustang 2019 Bullit will soon begin shipping to its owners, however, fans who want to wait for something even more unique can opt for the Steve McQueen edition. This special edition has been redesigned to offer amazing performance, improve driving dynamics and make it, if possible, even more exclusive.

On the outside, the model features an exclusive aerodynamic package at the front and 20-inch wheels with high-performance Nitto NT555 G2 tyres. The car has also been fitted with a special plaque showing the Steve McQueen signature.

We have no photos of the interior, but Steeda (one of the companies involved in its development) says the car has a special floor with matte details and illuminated door panels. Buyers will also find plates with the serial number of their model, as this is a limited edition.

This monster comes equipped with a 5.0-litre V8 engine that has been fitted with a cold air intake and an optimised ECU. Thanks to these modifications, the car produces 500 CV, an increase of 20 CV over the Bullit version. If this doesn’t seem like enough power, an optional upgrade for the model adds up to 775 CV…

It features a 6-speed short-throw Tri-Ax manual gearbox. Other changes include an aluminium cooling tank, a structural roof kit and an individually numbered plate in the engine bay.
The suspension has also been revised and is now fully sporty. The team has also installed a kit to improve the suspension over bumps and dips.

Production of this model is limited to 300 units per year and the model will cost $21,000 more than the Mustang Bullit edition. Its final price will therefore be $67,500 (€64,000), which is almost $10,000 more than the Shelby GT350.
