From Harrods, with a few more cars

Being in London and having cars as your greatest devotion is an equation you’re forced to solve, and it always ends with the same result: going for a stroll around Harrods.
The last time I was in London I brought back a fairly large gallery of snapshots of sports cars all over the city. Well, this time I’ve decided to be more restrained and set aside those usual London regulars so as not to bore you: Bentley, Aston Martin, Jaguar, some Rolls-Royces and even a Maybach. The gallery we’re bringing you this time covers only the surroundings of Harrods, with the exception of a Lamborghini Diablo and the Ford Mustang, immortalised in the vicinity of Regent Street.
At the department store in Knightsbridge, the summer drew the local wealthy Indian and Arab shoppers out to take something on the outdoor terrace. What better choice for a day like that than to bring supercars by the dozen, many of them convertibles.
Among the cast, a fully red Bugatti Veyron stands out, which dropped by, but also several SLRs, one of them with the registration SLR, to add insult to injury. Without a doubt, though, the most spectacular were the respective Lamborghini Murciélago LP640 Spider and Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano in white. And with so much risk of eccentricity in the air, there had to be someone to make a statement: this time it was a Lamborghini Murciélago LP640 in matte black with the interior and badges in pink.
Leaving the last one aside… step up, take a look and enjoy:
