Future Mobile, another Chinese brand that will present an electric car at CES
Future Mobile’s 100% electric SUV will arrive in January and will be presented at CES in Las Vegas, offering a range of 500 km and advanced technology

The Chinese market is in full swing, and more and more companies are preparing to reach the international market with very interesting proposals. Future Mobile is one of those companies working to make itself known around the world, and it wants to do so through the Byton brand. We didn’t know anything about this brand yet, but they have announced that they will be present at the next CES, the technology fair to be held in Las Vegas in January.
What they are going to bring us is a fully electric car, which will also seek to be a pioneer in Level 5 autonomous driving. That remains to be seen, but it will surely surprise us. The car, of which they have published a few conceptual photos so that we can see some of the design features of the car. Not much, granted, as they want to save most of the details for the presentation at the CES.

Apparently, it will be a mid-size SUV, powered by electric motors, fed by batteries that will allow a range of 500 kilometers. The technological equipment, as the company has commented and as we have already mentioned, would allow it to reach Level 5 autonomous driving, which should make it fully autonomous, without the need for human intervention.
The images let us see the front silhouette of the electric SUV, which will also feature LED headlights with a very streamlined design. The daytime running lights are quite curious: instead of being headlights, they are spread across the front in the form of light lines, and we will also have the brand logo illuminated, which will offer a very effective and recognizable luminous identity.

Inside, the images show a considerably sized touchscreen, running across the entire dashboard and displaying all the information in front of the driver and other data in front of the passenger. In addition, the steering wheel features another screen, which will be a removable tablet. It is unclear what this steering-wheel screen will do, but it certainly looks striking.
According to Daniel Kirchert, the company’s CEO, the interior will compete directly with the Mercedes S-Class, while the exterior will be the size of a Audi Q5. He also says that it will arrive as a production car in 2019, and a couple of years later a saloon version will follow. Will it be as impressive as the images show? We will have to wait until January to see it, although we hope they will offer some more information.
