Geneva Motor Show 2009: Renault Mégane Scénic and Grand Scénic III

Renault continues the news on the Mégane range following the launch of the new Mégane III, its coupé version and the Grand Tour model. Now it is the turn of the Mégane Scénic and the Mégane Grand Scénic.

Both models receive the family look introduced with the Mégane. However, there are design differences between the Scénic and the Grand Scénic. The Renault Mégane Scénic features in its front design the fangs that the Mégane Coupé also has. The Mégane Grand Scénic, on the other hand, does not have those fangs, and its rear lights vary slightly from the Scénic.

In the interior, both models take elements from the five-door Mégane, such as the air conditioning, the audio system and the steering wheel, but the upper part of the dashboard has been redesigned with the centre-mounted instrument cluster. For the moment, we do not know which engines will be available, but they will possibly be the same as the five-door version.
