Honda Accord 2016 unveils its facelift for the coming year

From time to time, models on the market receive a styling update designed to enhance their design and make them more appealing to buyers, even when there are no major changes. This is the case of the Honda Accord, which for the coming year will feature a facelift that allows it to offer some novelties which, without being radically shocking, give it a fresh look that we are sure will be appreciated.
The first thing that comes to mind when seeing the new Honda Accord is that it increasingly seeks to resemble Acura, the Premium brand of Honda in America, and that the main elements of change in the Accord have been taken from it. Starting with the headlights, which can optionally be equipped with LED lights, the Accord’s image moves closer to what the luxury brand offers and appears to grow and have a greater presence.
The silhouette becomes more athletic and luxurious. The front takes on a more active look with a bumper featuring larger air intakes. The chrome added in this area accentuates its luxury trim spirit. At the rear there has been a stylistic and technical change, and LED technology has been added to improve rear lighting. All of this makes the appearance more attractive and substantially improves the look of the car.
Inside, the changes are more subtle, since the look of the previous version is retained although some aspects have been improved. Among them, the interface that allows the use of CarPlay, Apple’s connectivity system, and Android Auto, which lets you connect with the Android system. The higher-spec versions of the Accord will come with a large number of driver assistance systems, such as front and rear parking sensors, automatic high beam activation, automatic emergency braking, lane departure warning and others that will increase driver safety.
