The entry-level model of the luxury brand’s Nissan has been updated for the European market and can now be ordered at dealerships. Its exterior styling and cabin will see no major changes, but the equipment is. The advantage of having a large number of standard features and few options is now enhanced by further improvements that complete every trim level.

The updates begin with the transmission of the G saloon, coupé and convertible, which becomes a seven-speed adaptive automatic fitted as standard across all versions. In addition to operating like a conventional automatic, it can be controlled manually using the paddle shifters behind the steering wheel.

Likewise, all G models can now be ordered in Malbec Black, a colour previously offered only on the M, which comes alongside more colours added to the original palette. The G coupé and convertible will have more wheel designs available in alloy, and the first of these bodystyles will feature a new rear spoiler on the S trim level.

Most importantly, all Coupés will now come as standard with the all-wheel-drive system shared with the EX and FX (Infiniti has today denied this information, and the G Coupé retains rear-wheel drive). The announced base price list follows:

G Saloon

  • G37 = 46,850 EUR
  • G37x GT = 50,640 EUR
  • G37x GT Premium = 55,880 EUR
  • G37 S Premium = 56,330 EUR

G Coupé

  • G37 GT Coupé = 51,040 EUR
  • G37 S Coupé = 53,440 EUR
  • G37 S Premium Coupé = 58,080 EUR

G Cabrio

  • G37 GT Premium Cabrio = 64,210 EUR
