Infiniti is showing us its new models for the coming months, although they will not be coming to Spain.

Infiniti is no longer sold in Spain, but we can take a look at the new models it has presented for the coming years and find out what it is preparing for its buyers.

Infiniti Nuevos Modelos

Nissan has just unveiled three new electric models that will arrive under the Japanese badge, but at the same event the models that will arrive under the company’s premium sub-brand, Infiniti, were also presented. Coincidentally, three models also stand out among all those presented.

The first of them is the mid-cycle update of the second generation of the Infiniti QX60, which debuted in 2021 and is being updated to meet the challenges this new five-year period presents. It uses the same platform on which the Nissan Pathfinder is built. This mid-cycle update is coming soon and will feature a new front design, with an illuminated badge and other styling changes. Nothing spectacular is expected, but it will present a refreshed image.

Infiniti Qx60 Adelanto

The second model Infiniti has presented is the QX65, a crossover coupé that will debut during 2026. It will have split LED headlights and a roofline sloping backwards. The inspiration will come from the original Infiniti FX. Its styling is very similar to the Infiniti QX60, but the aim is to create a model more elegant than that one.

As for the engine, it is expected to keep the same turbocharged 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine that produces 268 CV and is found in the Infiniti QX60.

Also in this range, it has been announced that the top-of-the-range QX80 will receive a Sport package, arriving sometime during 2025. This is expected to give it a more sporty touch, although how sporty this equipment will be has not been made public, so it remains a complete mystery.

Finally, the Infiniti QX Inspiration, shown in 2019, has served as the inspiration for a new model, an SUV that will have a fully electric drivetrain. This will not arrive until 2028, so we will have to wait a while to see more of this announced model. It will be designed around the Artistry in Motion design language, which currently shapes the brand’s range.

Infiniti stopped being sold in Spain in 2020, so for the time being we will not have the chance to see these models on our roads. Still, it would be no bad thing if the brand reconsidered this and the premium arm of Nissan returned to sale in Spain.
