Kia previews the look of the Telluride, which will be presented at the 2016 Detroit Motor Show

This coming Monday, January 11, the NAIAS 2016, the Detroit Motor Show, kicks off. Manufacturers, especially American ones, are getting ready for one of the first automotive industry events of this year and are showing the first images of the cars they will debut at this show. But, in addition to the local industry, the major brands will also be present in the motor city.

Kia will present, among other novelties, a concept that we now know will be called Telluride, an SUV that may suggest it will have a lot in common with Genesis’s future SUV. We only knew that this model would arrive in Detroit and little more about it. Now we can have a bit more information, such as this image you are about to see, which shows the interior of this concept vehicle.

Here we see a modern, highly technological interior. Two screens provide all the information we need to drive, in a clear and practical way. One of them displays the speedometer and tachometer, while the other is used to control the infotainment system. The multifunction steering wheel has two spokes, and next to it is located the climate control, which is also operated via a touch-sensitive panel.

Inside the cabin you can find the first 3D-printed elements used by the brand. On the exterior, according to the image we can see, we can see a robust body and the roofline. And not much more. We are keeping an eye out for any information that will arrive shortly and that we will be able to see from Monday, January 11. What do you think of what we have seen so far of this prototype of Kia?
