Lamborghini Lambo V12 Vision GT Concept: yours from €29.90
The new Lamborghini Lambo Vision GT Concept has been unveiled in Monte Carlo, and you can have it at home from… €29.90!
Lamborghini took advantage of the Gran Turismo Championship finals held in Monte Carlo to present its latest concept. However, this is no ordinary prototype: it is a virtual prototype with spectacular shapes that are hard to imagine on the street.
It was not created for that purpose; its natural habitat will be the spectacular landscapes and circuits of the latest installment of one of the most famous driving simulators in the world: Gran Turismo Sport.
Its name is Lamborghini Lambo V12 Vision GT Concept and, just like other models created for Polyphony’s title, such as the Jaguar Vision Gran Turismo Coupé, it is completely spectacular.
The good thing about creating a prototype for a video game is that designers don’t have to abide by any kind of limitation or regulation, so they can give free rein to their wildest ideas. So much so that we have often seen models that remained as renders and that we could never see at full scale.
This is not the case with the Lamborghini Lambo V12 Vision Gran Turismo Concept, and its designers were able to lift the cover that hid it, leaving more than one jaw dropped in Monte Carlo.

The Lamborghini Lambo V12 Vision GT Concept has a monocoque chassis and a very aerodynamic design
The marque from Sant’Agata Bolognese wanted to continue the spectacular nature of all its models, though this time taken to the extreme. Lamborghini has not officially disclosed the drag coefficient its prototype achieves, but looking at the pronounced shapes of its bodywork, it is easy to see that this was one of the most relevant points in its design.
ITS structure is centred on a monocoque chassis which houses the driving cockpit and the powertrain. It also has the peculiarity that the driver’s seat is placed very far forward, so the driver sits in the centre and practically above the front axle.
Another advantage of creating a car for the virtual world is that you can fit a completely different powertrain from anything we could see. Lamborghini did not want to do it that way, so they concluded that they would fit a engine used in the real world.
In this way, and as its name already suggests, the Lamborghini Lambo V12 Vision Gran Turismo Concept has a 12-cylinder V engine. This has been borrowed from the Lamborghini Sián, so it also has an electric motor powered by supercapacitors, with which it declares a total output of no less than 819 CV.
In addition, according to the brand, it has a seven-speed automatic gearbox and an all-wheel-drive system that will make it one of the fastest cars in the video game Gran Turismo Sport.
