It has been 60 years since Lamborghini began building cars, and to celebrate it, the supercar maker wants to offer a tour through several countries around the world to showcase its legacy. The tour will allow the public to see the great models the brand has built and that have been part of its history, as well as previews of the models yet to come.

The main celebration falls on 6 May, since it was on that date in 1963 that the brand was officially founded. Since then, the company has presented to the world models as striking as the Miura, the original Countach, or El Diablo. Now comes the era that will put an end to V12 engines, and across the vehicles on display at the exhibition, visitors can trace the company’s history.

Italy will host the event on 28 May. In this case, an elegance competition and an open-to-the-public party have been prepared so people can see these striking vehicles. In late summer, the celebrations will move to the United States, although it is not yet known when or where. The year of celebrations will continue with the event in China, the brand’s second most important market after the United States. This one will be in September.

In October, the celebrations return to Italy, to the Vallelunga circuit. At the Roman circuit, the Lamborghini Festival will be held, open to owners and enthusiasts. At that same circuit, the Grand Finals of the single-make racing series Super Trofeo will take place in November.

And in Spain? For the moment, nothing has been planned, but worldwide there are 24 official clubs, and all of them are planning activities and celebrations in their countries. And possibly Spain is among them.
