Lamborghini Urus S: same power as the Performante and a new design for Sant'Agata's sporty SUV
With 666 CV under the bonnet, 850 Nm of torque, a 0 to 100 km/h time of 3.5 seconds and several design updates, the successor to the original Urus is officially unveiled

The most successful model in Automobili Lamborghini’s history in terms of sales figures, the new Urus S joins the range as a version set to become the successor to the original Urus, but with more power and retaining the genuine DNA of the Italian brand.
With this addition, the Urus range currently consists of the Urus Performante -the most performance-oriented variant- and our protagonist today, which, according to Stephan Winkelmann, CEO of Lamborghini, is the ideal version for those seeking the perfect balance between performance, luxury and versatility.
New design features
Starting with its design updates, the new Urus S features a new front bumper with more refined lines and a matt black painted stainless steel underbody guard. In addition, Lamborghini has also fitted a new lightweight carbon fibre bonnet that can be perfectly combined with an optional exposed carbon fibre roof.

Turning 90 degrees, the big news is its new optional Nath wheels in 22 inches with a matt titanium and polished diamond finish, and the Taigete wheels in 23 inches with a bronze and polished diamond finish. The wheels fitted as standard on the new Urus S, on the other hand, are 21 inches.
At the rear, the new rear bumper gives the Urus S a more streamlined look, with the lower section painted matt black, and a new design with a twin exhaust finished in brushed steel, which can also be painted matt black, gloss black or bright chrome.

Excellent quality inside
Inside, the range of colours and trims available has been completely renewed. Whether fitting the new Sportivo Bicolour option or the equally new Sophisticated Bicolour, the Urus features a new stitching pattern like that of the Urus Performante, bringing out the more elegant side with the first option or the more aggressive one with the second.
Under the bonnet is a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine producing a fierce 666 CV and 850 Nm of torque, enabling it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.5 seconds and reach a top speed of 305 km/h.
With all this, the new Lamborghini Urus S starts at a price of 195,538 euros for Europe, so we will have to wait to learn details such as its arrival date in our country.
