Lexus anticipates the arrival of a new large electric SUV
As part of the brand’s electrification plan for the coming years, this new SUV, whose name we do not yet know, appears in its first photographs

With the arrival of the first images of the new Lexus RZ450e that we showed you just a few days ago, the Japanese manufacturer has just officially published the first images of an SUV that will sit above the aforementioned RZ and that will also form part of the group’s electrification plan for the coming years.
Like many brands, the Toyota group unveiled its new roadmap just a few months ago to become a 100% electric brand by 2035, with the launch of 30 fully electric vehicles, aiming to offer a versatile range that meets every kind of need.
Strong presence
In line with this plan, the new Lexus SUV has a truly muscular look and, although we do not yet know its exact dimensions, it is presumed to be quite generous in size.
First, looking at the front of this new SUV, we find a huge, fully closed grille, like the one on the RZ450e, sharp headlights with a really distinctive shape, and a bonnet with clean but quite pronounced lines.

Moving to its side profile, the sleek roofline is one of the strong points of this new design which, thanks to its fully glazed window area completely glazed and its flush door handles, gives it a very modern yet dynamic look, also emphasised by its new alloy wheels.
At the rear, the new Lexus SUV features a small rear spoiler, a steeply raked rear window, horizontally arranged tail lights and a rear tailgate split into two sections which, besides giving it a very futuristic appearance, lends it a very robust look.

Generous interior space
Although we do not yet know any details about its interior, given the length of the new SUV, it is most likely that it will offer room for up to 7 occupants, which is quite an attractive option when it comes to interior space.
With all this in mind, we will have to wait for more details on the name of this SUV, its performance, engines, arrival date and other information of interest.
