The complete BMW M8 Competition range is renewed and reinforced with more equipment
The three variants of the BMW M8 Competition range have been updated and feature many new additions so that drivers can enjoy dynamic driving.

The three variants of the BMW M8 Competition have just received updates, which raise the level of these three cars with superior equipment. Elements such as new body colours; more comfortable upholstery; a larger touchscreen and other novelties enhance the look and sporty character of all three variants.
The most notable change is the addition of eight new body colours. This, together with the new 20-inch M alloy wheels with star-spoke design, allows buyers to personalise their BMW M8 Competition more and better and give it a more sporty and dynamic look. In addition, M headlights in Shadow Line black are also available.

The interior, also improved
Important changes have also been made to the cabin. The upholstery will be one of the areas receiving updates. A new Alcantara and Merino leather covering has been added in black and Sakhir Orange. It can be fitted to the standard M Sport seats and also to the optional M bucket seats, which feature wider Alcantara inserts.
The central screen, which until now measured 10.25 inches, now reaches 12.5 inches. Through this screen, the BMW iDrive system can be accessed in a simpler and more effective way.

Better engines
These three variants of the BMW M8 Competition model will feature the V8 engine delivering 625 CV, equipped with the M TwinPower Turbo system which, together with the eight-speed M Steptronic gearbox with Drivelogic, the M xDrive all-wheel-drive system and the M Active Differential, allow acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.2 seconds. This applies to the BMW M8 Competition Coupé and BMW M8 Competition Gran Coupé, while the BMW M8 Competition Convertible takes a tenth longer, at 3.3 seconds.
The M driving experience is achieved thanks to greater torsional rigidity and specific chassis technology, where the dampers stand out, benefiting from electronic control that improves their function.
On-board technology
One of the things that owners of the BMW M8 most appreciate is the ability to configure several parameters using the Setup button. The screen and driver-assistance systems adjust accordingly and can be changed to the driver’s liking. As for standard equipment, this includes BMW laser light, BMW Head-Up Display, BMW Live Cockpit Professional, Harman Kardon surround sound system, Driving Assistant and a parking assistant (Parking Assistant).
