Mahindra Bolero Attitude

Mahindra, a brand we had only known for its recent acquisitions, such as Ssangyong or the electric-car maker Reva, to name one example, has just emerged from its hiding place with a model that we could call terrifying rather than merely attractive.
Once this model has been defined, we will go on to detail the new Mahindra Bolero Attitude, which, in this new special edition, has moved from the innocent image of a basic off-roader to a completely opposite one: loaded and eye-catching.

Looking at the history of the Bolero, this is a model that was born more than 10 years ago as a more civilised version of the Armada, vehicles used by the military. Over those ten years it has become India’s best-selling SUV, thanks to figures such as 70,554 units in 2009.
Now, if we look at the concept Mahindra wants to sell us as the Bolero Attitude, according to the press release Mahindra speaks of very interesting off-road qualities, even enhanced in this new model thanks to the addition of, for example, extra protection against possible knocks. This places us before a model that has been tuned rather than anything else.
