Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Coupe Legacy Edition, the final farewell

The C-Class of Mercedes-Benz was renewed a few months ago with the arrival of a new generation, which for now is sold in both saloon and estate versions.
However, the coupé variant has not yet been updated, so the corresponding AMG version has continued to be sold.
The C63 AMG Coupé is possibly one of the most exclusive and special vehicles ever sold, due to a very unusual mechanical configuration that has already been modified in the new generation (W205).

This model has given the star brand so much joy that Germany has decided to bid it farewell with a limited edition that, this time, is the definitive one. Called Legacy Edition, it will be sold exclusively in South Africa, making it one of the most exclusive models, since only 10 units will be built.
The C63 AMG Coupe Legacy Edition will be quickly distinguished from a “traditional” C63 AMG thanks to its exclusive Viper Green paint, also fitted with 10-spoke alloy wheels in a two-tone green and matte black finish. They will also feature a series of decals spread across the bodywork that make it even more recognisable.
Inside, the Legacy Edition will arrive loaded with equipment, with most of the possible extras already fitted. There will be no shortage of electric semi-bucket seats or carbon-fibre trim. In addition, they will fit commemorative plaques so that no one forgets how “special” their car is.

Mechanically, the C63 AMG Coupe Legacy Edition will be powered by the famous naturally aspirated 6.2 V8 that has given the brand so many good results, producing 507 CV and 610 Nm. It will be paired, as always, with the 7-speed 7G-Tronic automatic gearbox, with which it will accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.2 seconds, reaching an electronically limited top speed of 250 km/h.
