Mercedes-Benz keeps giving us hints about the new C63 AMG Coupe

A few days ago Mercedes-Benz gave us a video in which we began to hear the roar of one of its AMG engines, suspecting it was the new C63 AMG Coupe.
Today we confirm it with a new video in which AMG makes our mouths water even more, making the wait feel very long.
The short video released by AMG doesn’t give us many clues about the exterior design of the C Coupe, although if we go by the latest leaks and spy images, the C Coupe may be something like a miniature S Coupe, where elegance and flowing lines are the dominant theme.
Inside, no major changes are expected compared to the cabin of the C-Class Saloon, so we will continue to have a modern dashboard with that single-piece center console more or less “overlaid”. We also fear that Mercedes will keep the fixed central iPad-style screen, something we don’t like at all and that has unfortunately become very fashionable.

Mechanically, the C63 AMG Coupe will share elements with the C63 AMG Saloon and Estate. The engine is one of the major changes compared to the previous generation, replacing the naturally aspirated 6.2 V8 with a new 4.0 V8 twin-turbo that the AMG GT already uses. It will continue to be paired with a 7-speed automatic gearbox, and will be available in two power levels.
The standard C63 AMG Coupe will offer 470 CV and 650 NM, enough to reach 0 to 100 km/h in approximately 4.2 seconds, while keeping, as always, the top speed electronically limited to 250 km/h. The most powerful version will be the C63 AMG S, whose output will rise to 503 CV while peak torque increases to 700 NM. Performance will be somewhat better, with an even quicker 0 to 100 km/h sprint (3.8 seconds) and a top speed reaching 290 km/h.
