CL Clase S Mercedes Curiosities
Mercedes Magic Body Control and Magic Sky Control

Among the many values of Mercedes are elegance, quality, safety, comfort…, values that are undoubtedly appreciated by its customers, which is why they sometimes pay exorbitant prices for a well-equipped top-of-the-range model with every possible option.
Among the new technologies to improve the quality and comfort of its models, Mercedes has just unveiled two new technologies under the names Magic Body Control and Magic Sky Control, technologies that will undoubtedly amaze you with how they work.

Looking first at the Magic Body Control, it is a set of technologies formed by a system made up of suspension springs and a complete damping system that work together, adapting to the bumps and small potholes in the road.
Apparently, according to Mercedes, thanks to the development of this new technology it has managed to prevent 80% of the general vibrations from the asphalt from being transmitted into the cabin, with the resulting improvement in the model’s comfort.

The other novelty is the Magic Sky Control, a system whereby, thanks to a special glass panel in the roof, the car can change its tint from transparent to dark blue so that more or less sunlight can enter the cabin.
As you know, any sunroof fitted today has a black film stuck to it to prevent excessive light from entering the car; with this new technology you can choose the tint and the amount of light in the cabin.
Both innovations will be present in the next generation of the S-Class and CL-Class, we assume around 2012 and 2013.
