Michael Schumacher tests the 599 GTB HGTE

Michael Schumacher was at the private track of Ferrari in Fiorano, where the Italian brand is testing the new 599 GTB HGTE.
Schumacher, winner of 7 Formula One world titles, was invited to a driving course organised by Ferrari, the Pilota Ferrari. He completed 20 laps of the Fiorano circuit, pushing to the limit the new technologies incorporated into the new model.
The HGTE is a high-performance package that was first unveiled earlier this year at the Geneva Motor Show. The package includes reinforced suspension, modified shock absorbers and a new exhaust system. Aesthetically, the 599 GTB is also modified with 20-inch wheels, and inside it features a carbon fibre finish.
Ferrari offers a wide variety of driving courses, restricted to owners of Ferrari, and one that stands out prepares drivers for the competition events of Ferrari. Attendees of the course must feel fortunate because, apart from having a Ferrari, they have been able to enjoy the advice of a legend like Schumacher.
