MINI reaches 2 million units produced in Oxford

The Mini has been manufactured for 10 years, at least as we know it today. Initially it began its commercial journey with few versions, which included the hatchback and cabrio, while today it has the Clubman, the four-door version and 4×4 -Countryman- and the recently arrived Roadster.

Well, since then they have already built 2 million units, all of them at its Oxford plant. From there they are shipped to markets in 90 countries. Precisely the 2 millionth unit was a MINI cabrio in “White Silver” with a dark blue roof.

This unit is special because it is the prize in the contest organized by Mini on Facebook “Two Millions MINI-Two Millions Faces”, whose winner we will know on September 30.
