Mercedes CL63 AMG by VATH

There are vehicles that may not need any kind of modification, either mechanically or, much less, aesthetically, such as the Mercedes CL63 AMG, a vehicle which, in my opinion, could give you plenty of reasons to be convinced that it is attractive enough and, above all, exclusive enough to leave it just as it is.
Even so, there will always be someone who wants a little more exclusivity for their enormous coupé, a vehicle chosen by the guys at Väth for their latest project in which, apart from aesthetic modifications, a new software update has been installed in the control unit, raising the power of this vehicle’s twin-turbo V8 from 536 horsepower to 630 horsepower and 930 Nm of peak torque

According to the German tuner, that is enough power for this enormous coupé to be capable, among other things, of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.3 seconds or reaching a top speed of 300 km/h, a speed electronically limited by software. Even so, as you can see, its performance is more typical of a supercar than of a vehicle of this kind.
Naturally, after such a large increase in power, it is time to reinforce the vehicle’s chassis and, for this, nothing is better than fitting a new sports suspension and a braking system to match the set-up. To finish the job, a set of new 20-inch alloy wheels fitted with 255/35 ZR20 tyres is essential.
Finally, it is worth highlighting that carbon-fibre elements have been added to the exterior, such as a new rear diffuser and new front and rear spoilers. As for the interior, Väth has chosen not to show anything and has simply directed us to its catalogue of elements full of leather and extremely high-quality details.
