Mixim Concept and Micra Colour + Concept, the novelties from Nissan in Frankfurt

Nissan will not present any production novelty at the Frankfurt Motor Show, but it will showcase two concepts. One of these concepts will be the Mixim Concept, a compact whose design could have many influences on new models, since it is a compact, and the Japanese Nissan has long had the renewal of the Almera pending.

With a seating layout identical to the McLaren F1 and a dashboard that is stranger and more original than a Honda Civic, this concept is aimed at young people who enjoy their computer and the Internet, and its design is a blend between a diamond, given its interior and exterior styling with LED headlights, air intakes and triangular windows, and a helmet, since the windscreen and the way the car ends recall one.

Now, moving on to something more serious: the Mixim Concept has a wheelbase of 2530 mm, a width of 1800 mm, a length of 3700 mm and a height of 1400 mm, and it weighs just 950 kg. Its propulsion follows the brand’s standards for the future, clean and renewable energies, which is why it features a system called “Super Motor” that gives it an electric motor and compact lithium batteries for each axle.

The other of these novelties is a Micra CC that Nissan has used to present some new equipment features, such as a USB port for MP3 players or integrated Bluetooth hands-free, but above all they have used it to showcase a combination of two paints devised by the Nissan Design Center in London, consisting of a pearl white on the lower part and gold with a liquid metal effect on the upper part. In the pair of renderings below we can see the distribution of these paints:
