Monster Jam arrives in Spain, a show featuring Monster Trucks

That we love the motoring world is obvious. If it weren’t so, we wouldn’t be here, right? And if there’s one thing we love, it’s everything that goes beyond the ordinary in this thrilling world. Yes, production cars fascinate us; when we see a new model on the street we stop and look at it with great attention, but, of course, if we can get to know machines we will never see on the street, we enjoy them even more. So the date with Monster Jam is unmissable, just as it was on the two previous occasions it came to our country.

This show, with vehicles prepared to give us pleasure, will take place in Spain’s three main cities throughout the month of June. The next day 6th will be held at the Estadio Mestalla in Valencia, while the Estadio Vicente Calderón in Madrid will host it on 13 June, and it will end on the 20th at the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys in Barcelona. The show will start at eight in the evening in all three cities, but before that there will be a Pit Party.

For two and a half hours you can access the venue and share the excitement of this show with the drivers of the Monster Trucks. They will be available to enjoy taking photos, signing autographs and even letting some lucky fans feel the adrenaline of being on board these vehicles.

During the show two different events will take place. The first is a two-at-a-time speed race, known as the Quarter Mile, while the second is the Freestyle, which allows each driver to perform the stunts they prefer, overcoming obstacles such as several cars, buses, boats and even aeroplanes. Quite something.

Tickets for the show cost 20 euros, although there are ticket package offers, both for groups, from 10 tickets, and for families, when buying from four tickets onwards. In addition, the Pit Party costs 7 euros, and there are VIP passes that grant access to the best seats in the stands, catering and the pre-show party for 85 euros. Tickets can be bought in advance at Proactiv, El Corte Inglés and Ticketmaster.

These are, of course, not vehicles we will see on the streets, so it is a great opportunity to enjoy what they do and take a closer look at their mechanics, which promise, like everything else, to be spectacular. See you there!
