More efficient, with more range and more comfort for users: this is the new Peugeot e-Traveller
The lion brand is offering an update to its electric passenger van, which features two battery packs and more comfort for occupants.

A new reinterpretation of the Peugeot e-Traveller arrives, the electric van from the French brand that wants to keep earning the trust of passenger transport professionals. To do so, it is a passenger transport vehicle offered in two lengths: the standard one, at 4.98 metres, and the long one, which measures 5.33 metres. It is also available with two battery packs, offering up to 350 kilometres of range.
Depending on the chosen configuration, it can carry from five to nine passengers along with their luggage, with all the necessary comfort. In the five-seat version it offers a boot with a capacity of 3,000 litres, while with nine seats it still has a 1,500-litre boot. The battery is located in the floor, so it does not affect interior space.

A very interesting exterior
On the outside, the new Peugeot e-Traveller features the new design language of Peugeot, with a redesigned grille and the brand’s new logo. Full LED headlights with the light signature of the three claws and a redesigned bumper make it more efficient.

Technological interior
The interior has also been updated, with one screen for the digital instrument cluster and another for the infotainment system. The new e-Toggle gear selector has been added, along with more storage spaces, and the steering wheel can optionally be heated.
The finish has also been improved, with new fabrics and perforated leather for the seats, depending on the version chosen. They also feature Liquid Palladium coloured trim on the side panels.
Engine
The Peugeot e-Traveller offers an electric motor with a power output of 100 kW, that is, 136 CV, together with a maximum torque of 260 Nm. Its top speed is 130 km/h, sufficient for its intended use. It also offers three driving modes: ECO, to optimise energy use; Power, to carry the load comfortably; and Normal.

Batteries
To ensure that it has a good range that allows it to fulfil its task, the Peugeot e-Traveller offers two battery packs. The first gives the e-Traveller enough range for daily work, with a 50 kWh capacity. This allows it to travel freely up to 224 kilometres.
For more range, the vehicle has been fitted with another battery pack, this one of 75 kWh, which provides a range of 350 kilometres, both figures measured under the WLTP cycle. It also features a new regenerative braking system that recovers extra energy when it comes into action.
For charging, it is equipped with a 7.4 kW single-phase charger and an 11 kW three-phase charger. When charging at a fast charger of up to 100 kW, the 50 kWh battery charges in 38 minutes and the 75 kWh battery in 45 minutes.
Connectivity implemented
Connectivity is important for a vehicle like the Peugeot e-Traveller, so the driver and the rest of the passengers will have broad internet coverage and also the screen mirroring function for their smartphone, whether iPhone or Android. In the centre console there is a wireless charger for mobile phones, but also two USB-C ports at the rear and two 12-volt sockets.
In addition, Peugeot offers with each unit a complete service, which optionally includes a home charger and other add-ons to provide the best service for the electric van.
