Mr. Bean's car is now on sale
Miniature and toy maker Corgi is releasing Mr. Bean’s car for sale, timed to coincide with the series’ 30th anniversary.
If you are a fan of Mr. Bean and also of scale model cars, you’re in for a treat: Corgi has put the character’s iconic Mini on sale.
Starring comedian Rowan Atkinson, who is known in the motoring world for his passion for luxury and high-performance cars and also for crashing some of them, as happened with the McLaren F1 he wrecked and later sold, the series featured one of the sidekicks for the most absurd and comical adventures the eccentric character got caught up in.

The Mr. Bean car was a unit of the 1977 Austin Citron Green British Leyland Mini 1000, which has been meticulously and scrupulously reproduced at a 1:36 scale by the maker of miniature and toy cars Corgi.
Details such as the rear lights and the seats are faithful examples of how this replica reduces the car to a size suitable for display in the display cabinets of miniature car collectors who enjoyed the comical sketches of the series, which now celebrates 30 years since its first broadcast.

That is why this 1977 Austin Citron Green British Leyland Mini 1000 from Corgi commemorates both the series’ anniversary and the memory of a legend of comedy and television who, together with his car, made millions of viewers around the world laugh out loud.
