New Alfa Romeo Giulietta 2019: now available from 17,800 euros
Alfa Romeo updates its compact model, the Giulietta, with minor styling changes and engines brought up to date in terms of emissions.
The new Alfa Romeo Giulietta in its 2019 version is now on sale in our market. This is an update of the Italian compact, which also brings all the engines up to date with the latest emissions regulations. A few months ago we anticipated what the new model would bring when the first images of the new Giulietta 2019 were leaked.
Now it is official, and we know more details. Some styling details have been incorporated, mainly affecting the mouldings and the design of the bumpers, without altering the characteristic sporty image of the Giulietta, which remains related to that of the Alfa Stelvio and Alfa Giulia, which last year presented their Executive versions.

For now, Alfa Romeo is starting sales of this new Giulietta range in the Super trim. Other variants will be added later. The starting price is from 17,800 euros, which includes a 3-year warranty with no mileage limit.
Two 120 CV engines: petrol and diesel
The range of engines includes two versions, both of which already meet the Euro 6d emissions standard. The 1.4 turbo petrol produces 88 kW (120 CV), the same power as the 1.6 Multijet turbodiesel. Both are options that move a car the size of the Giulietta without difficulty, and offer a good balance between performance and consumption.

In both cases the gearbox is a six-speed manual. The DNA drive mode selector is standard. It allows you to choose between different programmes that modify the response of the engine and other systems such as the ESC stability control, traction control or the electronic limited-slip differential.
Alfa Giulietta Super: sporty image
The Super versions of the Giulietta are distinguished by a sporty and elegant touch. They include silver elements on the grille, headlight surrounds and door handles. 17-inch alloy wheels and a chrome exhaust outlet are also standard.

Inside, standard equipment includes dual-zone climate control, cruise control, the Alfa Connect system developed with Alpine featuring a 7-inch screen, and compatibility with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. As new design touches, the shape of the seats has changed, with contrast stitching added and the brand logo on the headrest. A new decorative strip has also been added to the dashboard.
