Our upcoming road tests: German SUV vs Japanese SUV

We continue with our tests and, since our team has had two SUVs that are perfect competitors in the segment, we think it may be interesting, in addition to the individual road test of each one, to make a brief comparison of what each one offers.

We are talking about the Volkswagen Tiguan, one of the first models to reach the market and, on the other hand, one of the most recent, the Mazda CX-5. Are you looking for an SUV? Diesel? Don’t miss these two tests, in which we will discuss each of the models and at the end make a brief comparison between the Tiguan and the CX-5.

As for prices, both are very close: the Tiguan starts at 27,290 euros and the CX-5 starts at 25,420 euros. In terms of dimensions, we are talking about 4.42 metres for the German model versus 4.55 metres for the Japanese one. The models we are comparing are both diesel, with automatic gearbox and all-wheel drive.
