The truth is that it has been quite different: the manufacturer from San Cesario sul Panaro has produced a very entertaining video to introduce its new “longtail” model. It is worth noting that this version of the supercar has been built specifically for two particular customers.

The Grandi Complicazioni de Pagani department has been in charge of the project. This division is dedicated to the customisation and individualisation of one-off projects and limited-edition models. In the case of the Pagani Huayra Codalunga, only five units have been manufactured, and, by the way, all of them have already been sold at a price of around seven million euros.

Although the video is very amusing, we must not be fooled: under its rear cover, the supercar houses a 6.0-litre V12 twin-turbo engine capable of delivering 840 CV and a maximum torque of 1,100 Nm. Pagani Automobili has stated that the brand “is delighted to present the latest bespoke creation by Horacio Pagani: the Huayra Codalunga, a limited edition of just five vehicles, produced in close collaboration with its clients. Beneath its elegant, sinuous shape lies state-of-the-art Pagani mechanical engineering. Homologated for road use worldwide, the price of this new hypercar starts at 7 million euros.”
