Peugeot unveils a new logo and reveals its goals for 2015

The French brand of the PSA Group has decided to renew its logo just as it is about to turn 200 years old as a brand, which, by the way, I should note has a history that goes beyond the automotive world (it started out making coffee grinders) and has also produced and still produces bicycles, scooters, motorcycles and, of course, vehicles.
So Peugeot has started the year with a new image and logo, as well as a new slogan “MOTION & EMOTION”. But the most important part of the press releases they have sent is the section on new launches, since the French brand wants to bring 14 new models to market between 2010 and 2012. In addition, Peugeot sets itself the ambitious goal of climbing three places in the brand rankings, where it currently sits in tenth place.
For now we don’t know which those models will be in the medium term, but we do know the short-term plans of Peugeot, starting with the launch of the Peugeot iOn later this year and, for 2011, the arrival of Peugeot’s hybrid diesel technology is announced in the Peugeot 3008 HYbrid4, along with a new micro-hybrid system that will be present across the entire diesel range by 2011, allowing consumption to be reduced, as well as the rechargeable diesel hybrid that the lion brand plans for 2012.
