Photos of the new Citroën C1/Peugeot 107 leak
Photos of the final production versions of the next-generation Citroën C1/Peugeot 107 have surfaced online, ahead of their unveiling at the Brussels Motor Show in a few days.

Following in the footsteps of the Toyota Aygo, the joint venture created by the PSA Group with the Japanese has set about renewing the Citroën C1/Peugeot 107, with a city car similar to the Aygo, but with distinctive touches from each of the French brands. After some spy sketches, it is now time to see some more images of what is supposedly the final model, which have leaked onto the web.
The new models could make their debut at the upcoming Brussels show, posing a threatening shadow over the Renault Twingo and the Volkswagen Up! For this pair of models, the French are proposing more rounded lines, a more up-to-date design and more elaborate interior finishes, as the PSA Group has promised.
As for engines, there have been no major changes, and the plan is still to offer them with the one-litre engine producing 93 horsepower already available on the current models. However, the promised 1.2-litre turbo could go on sale in mid-year, potentially delivering more than 130 horses.
As for the third contender, the Aygo, a general renewal of the model is also planned, which has not yet been shown, but will logically bear a resemblance to what the French are proposing.
