Renault and its jewellery collection will surprise you! These are pieces from a hybrid engine!
Renault, together with designer Laura Ponte, launches a fashion collection inspired by the engine parts of its E-Tech full hybrid production model of 200 CV

The creative agency Publicis has collaborated with the influencer team of Publicis Group Spain to launch a jewellery collection, this time thanks to the incredible work of designer Laura Ponte. This collection will feature luxury pieces inspired by the parts of the hybrid engine of the Renault Austral E-Tech, which was presented at the Espacio Larra in Madrid.
The documentary titled ‘The Beauty of the Mechanism‘ is an audiovisual work that recounts the project and the creation process of these valuable pieces, and it was screened at the presentation. The documentary was produced by the renowned Spanish production company Dadá, alongside an exhibition of photographs of the collection, captured by the prestigious photographer Carlos Villarejo.
The collection pays tribute to the engineering of the engine and, for this reason, both the making of this collection, which features 6 unique jewels, and the combination of different materials such as gold, silver and rhodium, are 100% Spanish origin, following the same criteria as in the making of the hybrid engine of Renault, which uses innovative technology derived from the experience gained by Renault in Formula 1.
In a gesture of solidarity and commitment, Renault, through the Renault Group Spain Foundation and in collaboration with the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, will carry out a charity auction, where the funds raised will be allocated to students with excellent academic performance but limited financial resources who wish to study at that university and, above all, to young women interested in pursuing STEM degrees at Universidad Carlos III.

The collection, as we have already mentioned, features six pieces, each inspired by a part of the engine, and is made up of:
- A bracelet inspired by a link of a timing chain.
- Rings designed after two battery connection plates.
- Cufflinks born from a part of an intake valve joined to the oil supply tube of the primary shaft.
- Earrings shaped like the engine valve spring.
- A brooch whose shape reminds us of a rotating gear, formed by two circular pieces.
- A bangle that combines beauty and functionality, shaped like a connecting rod.
