Renault Express Van, a light van for everyday work
The French brand offers a versatile van for everyday work, which aims to replace the Dacia Dokker, with more equipment and features.

The Renault Express Van can now be booked, a van designed to fill the gap left by the discontinued Dacia Dokker. A van smaller than the Renault Kangoo, designed for work around the city, with enough cargo space for daily tasks and considerable versatility.
In fact, this model can be ordered in different configurations. Both with the traditional closed cab and as a pick-up, refrigerated box and other options so it can handle everyday work without problems. One variant for every need and the ability to adapt to the needs of each buyer.

Size and engines
The Renault Express Van is slightly shorter than the Renault Kangoo, with a length of 4.3 metres, a width of 1.4 metres and a height of 1.8 metres. The wheelbase is 2.8 metres, which offers generous interior space and good load capacity. This amounts to 3.7 cubic metres, making it a good ally for daily work.

As for the storage compartments at the front, there is almost 48 litres of capacity spread across several spaces. To access the cargo area, it has a 1.96-metre by 71.6-centimetre sliding side door, allowing very efficient access.
Looking at the engines, there are several options. The petrol version features a 1.3 TCE engine, producing 100 CV and 200 Nm of maximum torque. The diesel range is headed by a 1.5 Blue dCI engine in two configurations: 75 CV and 220 Nm, and 95 CV and 240 Nm. All engines are paired with a six-speed manual gearbox and come with a fairly wide range of driver assistance features such as Stop & Start and a reasonably extensive list of options.
Among them are LED headlights, blind-spot detection, rear-view camera, hill start assist, Extended Grip system, cruise control with speed limiter, and front and rear parking sensors, among other options that can be fitted depending on the version.
Interior and technology
The cabin features an 8-inch screen, DAB radio, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, a 15 W wireless charging system, Bluetooth and other elements that will make driving this small van much more pleasant.
The Renault Express Van is built at the brand’s plant in Tangier and, although it can already be booked in the European market, it will take a little while before it starts reaching its owners.
