Renault continues to personalise the Twingo, creating a limited edition aimed at women called Twingo Etoile, a limited run of 800 units based on the Twingo Dzine.

Renault expands the Twingo range with a new model called Twingo Etoile, a model that takes some elements from the Twingo Dzine, that Twingo customised by American artist Dzine and which was flamboyantly decorated with Swarovski diamonds and colour tones that contrasted with black. This edition is more down-to-earth and will only be available as a limited edition.

Renault has decided to dedicate the Etoile to an exclusively female audience, so it will feature a single distinctive colour, metallic brown on the exterior, and the same colour for the interior used on body panels, air vents, control knobs and the door side panels.

Among the standard equipment, it includes air conditioning, a CD MP3 radio with Bluetooth and USB, sliding rear seats and a height-adjustable driver’s seat. The available engines are the 1.2 with 75 CV and the 1.5 dCi, and it will be produced in a limited series of just 800 units.

Sales will start in Italy from 28 May at a price of 12,550 euros for the petrol version and 14,550 euros for the diesel; during the launch period, the petrol version will be offered for just 10,000 euros.
