Renault Twizy Electric Cars Comerciales Industry Geneva Motor Show
Renault Twizy Cargo is the alternative for professionals

Renault has adapted a cargo Twizy prepared for professionals, for those who travel with the equipment and items they need to do their job day to day. To do so, the French brand has adapted the rear space, originally intended for the passenger, turning it into a loading area.
As can be seen in the photos, the rear has a small door that can be opened to access the newly created space for carrying things. In addition, an accessory can be added at the rear to carry even more tools, as seen in the images. And perhaps if, instead of being a police or emergency vehicle, it had room for a small ladder, it would be a perfect tool for professionals who don’t need to carry so much.
This variant of the Twizy will be presented at the Geneva Motor Show, and its commercialisation is already being prepared from the second quarter of the year. The additional cost over the standard Twizy model would be around 1,000 euros, a surcharge that is not so high, considering the benefits that can be obtained from the vehicle.
Renault has fulfilled the promise of the cargo Twizy, a possibility the French had taken for granted since last year. According to the brand’s plans for electric vehicles, we still have to see the Zoe, the electric supermini of the diamond, made “officially”.
