Ruf surprises with a 911 Targa

There are many 911 models that Porsche currently offers in its range, enough to suit everyone’s needs and above all to fit the budget, more or less generous, of every pocket.

But, as you have probably thought, very few are inspired by the classic 911s. Still, if those aren’t to your taste, you can always look at the model presented this week by Ruf, the official tuner of Porsche, which has just pulled an attractive 911 Targa out of its sleeve.

As you can see in the images, this new model has been fitted with a strut brace designed to offer greater structural rigidity since this is considerably reduced when the roof panels or the new rear window, which can be removed separately, are installed.

The tuner places particular emphasis on the possibilities this model offers for driving with the roof open and the rear closed, roof closed and rear open, everything open, everything closed, or even removing just one part of the roof so that, for example, the driver gets the sun while the passenger stays protected.

Now, as you would expect, this whim is not cheap, since this range is available with a 400 hp engine, or 560 hp for the bolder, whose price, for the most affordable choice, rises to 195,000 euros
